Dynamic Table Broken in IE

I created some test html pages. Since the code worked in Firefox I was working to get it displaying in IE.

• d01.html x01.js Page with broken script
• d02.html Static html - to see what dhtml IE produced
• d03.html x02.js From looking at the static html, put a tbody into table, works.
