Looking at Extension:H1 CSS for automated nested number lists.
Found Showing and Hiding content with pure CSS3 with example.
As you can see the default hyperlink behaviour and color were changed making it harder to code hyperlinks.

Issues: captures focus and does not relinquish till the mouse is again clicked.
