I have installed new OS and made code changes at many levels.
Consequently this whole class needs to be re tested.
Menu System sux. Research and re write a new menu system that is simpler
and generic. This is expected to take some time.
Implement the Hilbert Curve function - but find one
that evaluates in constant time.
Investigate and document various types and issues with mesh iterators.
They have to be efficient and use templates to do this. Discuss the growing
stack problem. Put this in the simplex transversal page doc. The key concept
of the binary operator and the iterator needs to be discussed.
