Ideally test

• Doxygen source update
• Source - copy proj, delete html, remove .svn, remove .obj and main temporary files.
  misc/cppcode.tar.gz
• Test: build workspace on clean environment.
• $ projdocreport
• $ projdocdoxygen - deletes html directory and uses command line doxygen. Do not call if using GUI.
  $ projdocmakefile
$ projdocsourcetable
• proj/rsa depends on NTL.
  misc/thirdpartysoftware/ contains NTL archive, extract and install
